Hubar Tech Limited is a sister concern of Exos System Limited, a UK-based software development firm. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HR Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Management to develop and implement a recruitment action plan to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job posting on job sites and overseeing the posting of job openings on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Conduct appointment processing, orientation/induction, and exit interviews.
- Update employee information, attendance records, leave records, and deduction records in the software-based database system and prepare salary sheets.
- Handle transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation-related HR tasks.
- Prepare employee payment documents such as salary sheets, incentives, festival bonuses, and more.
- Keep employee personal files up to date.
- Conduct job analysis and confirm job descriptions for all employees.
- Handle grievance and disciplinary proceedings and conduct domestic inquiries smoothly.
- Ensure required training is conducted for employees on a regular basis and foster motivation among all employees.
- Assist and manage various administrative matters within the company.
- Ensure the security of company facilities, properties, and personnel.
- Negotiate and resolve daily problems among workers/staff on administrative issues.
- Maintain and renew all necessary licenses and certificates.
- Ensure the proper maintenance and updating of administrative-related MIS.
- Monitor and manage all legal licenses, government approvals, permissions, and certifications, ensuring their expiration and validity are up to date.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Promote a healthy workplace and ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management from a reputed public or private university.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) is preferable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HR field, preferably within a software company.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer skills and HR software.
- Experience in formulating policies and developing/implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Team player with a strong ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
